This corporation is organized and operated for one or more of the purposes as specified in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The organization shall be a nonprofit corporation.
The Foundation is formed; to cooperate with the United States Department of Veterans Affairs and all other public and private agencies devoted to the cause of improving the health, welfare or pursuit of VA benefit entitlement of Arizona’s disabled and non-disabled veterans, and their families. In furtherance of these purposes, the Foundation will support in spirit and with financial assistance, upon application and approval of grant funding by the Board of Directors, any I.R.S. recognized Veterans Service Organization or other non-profit groups, within the State of Arizona, who provide skilled or technical services and/or provide for unforeseen emergency monetary assistance to the veterans of Arizona, which will further our cause.

RICHARD L. PARK - Glendale
Treasurer, Executive Secretary
Served with 101st Division, 101st Airborne Brigade in Vietnam. Thirty One years employed by the City of Phoenix. Memberships: Disabled American Veterans - 12 years as Treasurer of the Largest DAV Chapter, American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars.
ROBERT "BOB" DIGIROLAMO - Phoenix
Army infantry veteran of Vietnam having served with the 101st Airborne Division. Medically retired from the Phoenix VA Medical Center where he worked as a social worker and was coordinator of the Homeless Veterans Program. Membership: Disabled American Veterans, Veterans of Foreign Wars and Military Order of the Purple Heart
WILLIAM R. GREEN - Tucson
Service in the US Air Force for 26 years, retiring in 1982
Active Member of the Moose Lodge in Tucson, Disabled American Veterans, Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Air Force Sergeants Association. Mr. Green saw service in Vietnam.
ERIC R. JACKSON - Tucson
Service in the U. S. Air force having retired after 22 years active duty. Retired Illinois State Police Office after 25 years of service as an investigator. Memberships: Military Order of the Purple Heart, Disabled American Veterans, National Oder of Trench Rats and Veterans of Foreign Wars.
MARY L. DUNBAR - Peoria
Currently employed by the Disabled American Veterans as their Department Administrative Assistant. Serves the Foundation in the same capacity. Memberships: Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary and National Notary Association
RON COX - Benson
Service in the US Army both during the Vietnam Era and the Cold War Era, after which he was medically retired. Successful businessman in the area of dairy farming, ranching, and the trucking industry both in Idaho and Arizona. Membership: Disabled American Veterans and Fraternal Order of Eagles.
